Located in the United States, Dig Inn takes pride in serving home-cooked meals that emphasize freshness and quality. One of my greatest achievements in this role was the number of tickets I resolved each day. With a lot of effort and dedication, I managed to resolve over 100 tickets daily, resulting in more than 1,000 tickets resolved by the end of the week with a minimal margin of error.

In this field, attention to detail and keen observation are crucial for delivering efficient customer service. A significant personal achievement for me has been reaching advanced levels of observational detail, which led to my becoming the primary contact for gathering information. As a result of this improvement, the resolution of my tickets has become exceptional.

In this role, I achieved a high level of innovation in customer service. Intuition played a crucial role, along with applying logical reasoning to the issues customers presented, so I could provide friendly responses and appropriate compensation. There was no strict guideline for compensation; instead, there was a general idea of the minimum amount that could be offered. Since every situation was unique, it was necessary to deduce a more suitable reward. This process required a significant amount of creativity, which this position helped me to fully develop.
